We can organise some delicious home cooked fresh ready meals to be in your fridge. A menu will be provided on booking including a vegan option.

You are offered a fully equipped kitchen for some fine dining or hire a private fine dining home chef (subject to availability – contact us).

Sharing platters can be delivered to your barn to suit your needs.  Options include Vegetarian and Vegan platters.  These are delivered  in wooden crates.

The games room has a pool table, darts board and board games to take away.

Access is for all barns to use.

We have an EV charging station for you to plug your electric car into overnight to allow you to recharge both you and your car overnight!

Situated here in Kelfield is Bee Croft Blooms. Whether you are getting married and would like me to style your wedding, you would like a bouquet of flowers for your stay or you would like a floral workshop for you and your guests to enjoy, I am here to help.

I am an eco florist, all of my flowers are seasonal British blooms, no air miles and no plastic or floral foam.

If Dovecote Barns is your wedding venue I can provide bouquets, buttonholes and floral arrangements. Please get in touch for a floral consultation.

Wanting to treat yourself or a guest to some flowers during you stay please contact me for a beautiful bouquet of seasonal blooms.

Or if it’s entertainment you are looking for I can provide a floral workshop. Have you ever fancied making a flower crown, bouquet, jam jar arrangement or a wreath? Or maybe I could teach you to make your own wedding flowers.

For groups, we have details of local companies who can provide transport for you in 8 or 12 seater mini buses. Please ask us for details.

We accept children of all ages (in all barns other than the Grand Barn) and can provide you with up to 2 travel cots/mattresses and highchairs as well as a baby bath, stair-gate and bed guard.  These are free of charge, subject to availability.

Both The Irishman’s Cottage and The Dovecote are pet friendly for one small well behaved dog.  Conditions apply.  Please contact us.

Short stays are £30 per dog and weekly stays £50 per dog.

There are plenty of walks from the door and lots of flat quiet roads to cycle, so bring your bikes along!

With the conservation and wildlife work carried out at the farm, both in Kelfield and Riccall, there are plenty of places to walk in the field margins and try to spot lapwings, yellowhammers and many more.

The Irishman’s Cottage which sleeps 2 is fully wheelchair accessible and accredited M3A by the National Accessible Scheme.

In addition, the Long Hall functional area on-site is also accessible with a fully accessible WC.
