The Grand Barn adjoins the Long Hall, and is immediately on your right as you enter the Dovecote Barns.
The large kitchen has been designed for those wanting to cater for large groups when multiple barns are rented together.
It includes 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, wine fridge, warming drawer and microwave with a large island and chopping block and even a set of chef knives!
The snug is perfect for whiskey and debate with comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing by the log burner.
The relaxing mezzanine lounge has comfort in mind, soft leather sofas and a 55″ Smart TV make for perfect movie nights in.
The dining space is located in the grand hall. The large oak table can be extended to seat 10 together for breakfast or a fine dining supper.
A private chef can be hired to cook up a fine dining menu in the Grand Barn.
The ‘Blue’ room has a zip linked super-king bed which can be split into twin beds. It has an ensuite including a shower wet room.
The ‘Plum’ room has a super-king bed. It has an ensuite including a separate bathtub and shower cubicle.
The ‘Green’ room has a super-king bed. It has an ensuite including a shower wet room.
The ‘mustard’ room has a zip linked super-king bed which can be split into twin beds. It has an ensuite including a separate bathtub and shower cubicle.
The Sack Store annex is an optional additional 5th ensuite that can be added during the booking process subject to availability. It has a king bed and small shower ensuite.
Accessed from french doors off the kitchen at the rear of the Grand Barn is a patio with dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. An adjoining grassed area the perfect place to lay out and do some sun bathing.
Everything is provided, you need only bring the additional food and drink not already in your welcome basket.

Choose your start date and the number of nights stay. After viewing the total cost for the Grand Barn you can proceed to online booking to secure the dates.
Only a 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking if booked greater than 8 weeks ahead of the start of the break.
We can also take bookings and card payments over the telephone.
The Sack Store provides accommodation for an extra 2 people and can be booked alongside The Grand Barn to increase your group size to a total of 10 adults.
The Sack Store has it’s own private entrance, parking, shower/WC and adjoins the Grand Barn. It can be accessed via the back stairs in the picture above, or via the Grand Barn bedroom corridor.
