Exclusive use booking accommodates up to 22 guests across all 4 five-star barns. This includes 11 ensuite luxurious bedrooms and group dining in the Long Hall (around one large table).

You’ll find a games room with pool table, darts and plenty of board games for rainy days and large grass paddock for outdoor games for sunny days!

Our ‘party policy’ means you must take exclusive use of the whole site to avoid any noise disturbance to other guests staying.

Included are 4 welcome baskets (one for each barn) each containing Yorkshire breakfast produce, homemade bread and choice of Prosecco, wine or juices.

Weekend 2 night bookings – check out by 4pm on the Sunday.

About Exclusive Group Bookings

All of our barns can be booked together to create a fantastic and flexible retreat for larger groups. There are 11 ensuite bedrooms in total accommodating 22 guests.

The Long Hall is used to socialise and dine together as one large group. The exclusive use rental includes all the crockery, cutlery, glasses, place settings, tables and chairs and all the trappings for a fine dining experience. Groups of up to 22 guests sit around one table with the large Grand Barn kitchen equipped to cater for the whole group.

There are fairy lights giving the Long Hall that extra special celebratory feel. You are free to add your own touches to the decor in the Long Hall to make it your own.

Across the 11 ensuite bedrooms, 6 are twin/super king rooms, 2 further super king rooms and 3 king rooms.

You have all the trappings provided to self-cater if you wish out of the Grand Barn kitchen, however we can offer a full catering service with local catering partnerships.

The licenced bar in the Long Hall only operates for large event rental for up to 56 guests (contact us). Under normal rental, the bar itself is not accessible and the Long Hall operates on a BYO basis for 22 guests.
