Group Accommodation (Sleeps 22) at The Dovecote Barns York

Exclusive use booking accommodates up to 22 guests across all 4 five-star barns. This includes 11 en-suite luxurious bedrooms and group dining in the Long Hall (around one large table).

Our ‘party policy’ means you must take exclusive use of the whole site to avoid any noise disturbance to other guests staying.

Included are 4 welcome baskets (one for each barn) each containing Yorkshire breakfast produce, homemade bread and choice of Prosecco, wine or juices.

Christmas and New Year bookings have Moet Champagne for each welcome basket.

About Exclusive Group Bookings

All of our barns can be booked together to create a fantastic and flexible retreat for larger groups. There are 11 ensuite bedrooms in total accommodating 22 guests.

The Long Hall is used to socialise and dine together as one large group. The exclusive use rental includes all the crockery, cutlery, glasses, place settings, tables and chairs and all the trappings for a fine dining experience. Groups of up to 22 guests sit around one table.

There are fairy lights giving the Long Hall that extra special celebratory feel. You are free to add your own touches to the decor in the Long Hall too to make it your own.

The licenced bar in the Long Hall only operates for large exclusive event rental for up to 56 guests (contact us). Under normal rental, the bar itself is not accessible, only the large dining room and facilities.
