The Long Hall is the perfect exclusive use venue for all group gatherings – wellness retreats, high-end corporate off-sites with the ability to sleep 17 guests in separate beds.

Exclusive use bookings include the 11 ensuite bedrooms and Long Hall which is setup for group fine group dining catering for up to 22 guests. Full catering services can be provided by local suppliers.

Overview

When an ‘exclusive use’ group booking is made, ‘The Long Hall’ is included to provide group private dining seated at one table using the huge Grand Barn kitchen to cater for the whole group of up to 22 guests.

Fairy lights make it feel extra special and you are free to decorate the space yourself as you wish. The bar is not operational during normal self-catering rental.

You can self cater or have some fine dining with our michelin star trained private chef, or a business meeting for a classy off-site or team building event.

The Long Hall

A large multi functional heated space with bar and 2 toilets (one fully accessible) which is used for private group dining and activities for groups.

Included with ‘exclusive use stay bookings’ (up to 22 guests).

Private Dining & Catering

For your retreat, enjoy a Michelin-star trained private chef experience with bespoke menus designed by our local partners The Shed Kelfield.

Please contact ‘The Shed‘ private catering service directly to discuss availability and prices. They will create a tailor made menu on request.

Group Size in the Long Hall

The use of the Long Hall is for private guests only and the whole site must be rented to avoid disturbance to other guests on-site.

Whilst staying at the barns, all 22 guests can come together to dine together around one table and the Grand Barn is fully equipped to cater for a group of 22 guests.

Catering and Private Fine Dining

You can experience the mouth watering fine dining provided by our local suppliers. They can offer a full catering service for breakfast, lunch and evening meals operating out of the Grand Barn kitchen and serving up in the adjoining Long Hall.

We provide you with all the information on booking and you can discuss a bespoke menu with the supplier directly. The team work out of the Dovecote Barns fully equipped kitchen and provide a waitering and clearing service giving you a five-star restaurant fine dining experience.

For exclusive use groups, The Long Hall is included to allow all 22 staying on-site to dine around one table and socialise together.

Group Exclusive Use Policy Terms and Conditions

We welcome group bookings and usually have no issues with parties or other group bookings. We ask you to reread these terms and ensure the whole group is aware of the terms so no monies get deducted from the bond on your departure.
