Exclusive use booking of the Dovecote Barns accommodates up to 22 guests in 11 luxurious ensuite bedrooms across all 4 five-star barns.

The whole site can be catered for using the huge kitchen in the Grand Barn with group dining for 22 guests around one table in the adjacent Long Hall.

We provide you with all the trappings for a fine-dining experience and will provide you with the details you need to book a private chef to ensure a personalised menu and memorable experience.

You’ll find a games room with pool table, darts and plenty of board games for rainy days and large grass paddock for outdoor games for sunny days!

Our ‘party policy’ means you must take exclusive use of the whole site to avoid any noise disturbance to other guests staying.

Included are 4 welcome baskets (one for each barn) each containing Yorkshire breakfast produce, homemade bread and choice of Prosecco, wine or juices.

Weekend 2 night bookings – check out by 4pm on the Sunday.

About Exclusive Group Bookings

All of our barns can be booked together to create a fantastic and flexible retreat for larger groups.

Across the 11 ensuite bedrooms, 6 are twin/super king rooms, 2 further super king rooms and 3 king rooms.

The Long Hall is used to socialise and dine together as one large group.

There are fairy lights giving the Long Hall that extra special celebratory feel. You are free to add your own touches to the decor in the Long Hall to make it your own.

You have all the trappings provided to self-cater out of the Grand Barn kitchen, however we can offer a full catering service with local catering partnerships.

The licenced bar in the Long Hall only operates for large event rental for up to 56 guests (contact us). Under normal rental, the bar itself is not accessible and the Long Hall operates on a BYO basis for 22 guests.

The Barns are all within close reach of each other, ideal for a large group.

We have accessible bedrooms for less mobile guests (Irishman’s Cottage and The Hay Barn bedrooms) and the Long Hall venue has an accessible toilet and is wheelchair accessible.
